Spanish with Alexander K.

Hello All, I have an extensive background in teaching different levels and aspects of the Spanish language. I graduated from a linguistic school in Moscow, Russia. Then I studied Spanish as my future career at the Department of Foreign Languages at Moscow State University and got my Bachelor degree in Spanish and English. After that I worked at the same department teaching different aspects of Spanish language and earned my PhD degree in Pedagogical Sciences and Methodology of Foreign Languages. After relocating to the United States, I got certified in teaching Spanish. For the past twenty years I worked in Natick Public High School teaching different levels of Spanish proficiency (college prep, honors and AP classes). I have traveled to many Spanish speaking countries as a tour guide, a chaperone and a tourist. As of now, I am retired and am ready for a new chapter in my teaching career. My lessons are always fun and full of authentic cultural components of language proficiency. My passion is to teach Spanish through samples of authentic tongue twisters, proverbs, poems, music videos and song lyrics. Sometimes I use my guitar to present different songs from Spanish speaking countries. I look forward to meeting you and helping you to improve your experience in the Spanish language!
