About Alex M.
Professional and internationally exhibited artist based in New York City. I make mixed media abstract paintings using acrylic paint, fabric, paper, canvas and a variety of found materials. I graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in Painting (2011), and studied abroad in Rome. Art has always been my focus in life, since childhood, when I took my first ceramics and oil painting classes.
