I am a 42 years old father of two boys 10 and 6, which I encourage to make music, play capoeira and eat healthy. . I am a self taught musician and guitar player. I have a strong passion for music. I believe that music can heal the body and mind if you learn to tap into its frequency.
I am a healer and herbalist. I learn the power of healing through my grandmother in Mexico.
I am runner a Yoga practitioner. I love to cook. I am a body healer. I am a Capoeira teacher and nutrition enthusiast.
Through music, food, capoeira and healing I learned to find a balance in life.
