Hello, my name is Alec! I tutor high school and college-level math courses that include Calculus 1(AB), Calculus 2(BC), AP Calculus, Precalculus, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Intermediate Algebra, etc. I love tutoring because it gives me an outlet to use my skills to help others! I would love to show you the great variety of credentials and experience that have developed me in to a highly adept and experienced tutor. Very recently, I worked extensively for Colorado Mountain College as a Calculus 1, PreCalc, and Trig tutor, which helped me gain critical experience. Also, I am currently working at the University of Colorado Boulder as a Calculus and Algebra Tutor. I will make sure that the student can complete a wide range of problems pertaining to the subject matter without any help. My skills extend past just being able to effectively teach the material as I can help a student with testing and their overall approach to the class. Overall, I am excited to harmonize my expertise in effective tutoring, class content, and achieving grades to help students excel in their studies!
