My training was done at Black Dog Yoga Studio in Studio City with Michael Baez. I am AWYTT as of Fall 2014 and my field of expertise is vinyasa yoga.
Well-trained with an AA-general studies, AA-Humanities, AA-Journalism and expected to receive a BS-Journalism and Mass Communications by Spring 2020.
Experienced with 4-years of teaching experience recognized by Yoga Alliance.
Flexible hours & I am fun-loving, my personality is often referred to as bubbly and outgoing.
I take pride in helping my students succeed and getting them more fit, flexible and ready for any day to day activities without injury or strain.
My students have gone on to experience healthy life style changes that progress into other aspects of their lives.
Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to connect breathing techniques with proper movements and poses. As time goes by you will achieve better posture, balance and peace of mind.
My teaching style is motivational, calm, and offers consistent growth. I look forward to hearing from you and changing your life.
I look forward to helping new students achieve their goals. (: Namaste
