    About Alan F.

Hi there! I began taking lessons on the piano around the age of 5, and through time and work I developed a passion for this instrument. I continued throughout junior high, under the instruction of Will Bailey of Scottsbluff, Ne. and high school, under the instruction of Mical Thurow. Often times we would have recitals, so I learned a lot about playing and performing under these instructors, all of which I continue to teach my students. I continued playing throughout college, where I majored in piano performance and music technology. Throughout my performance degree, I was required to give a 40 minute long recital, which I completed with the works of Beethoven, Brahms, Schubert, Debussy and Chopin. I recently graduated in May of 2017, and have been continuing to teach lessons to students and pass on the gift of music.
