Hip Hop Dance with Akeda R.

Hey! I am a Boston College graduate and I have been on a hip hop dance team called Phaymus for the last 4 years! I’ve performed for WOD Boston twice with this team and competed every year for the last 5 years in an annual dance competition. Ihave been a hip hop choreographer for just as long, but a dancer FOREVER! I have been a step captain and a cheer captain previously for a couple years at a time as well. I have performed in church, at school, at the doctors, ANYWHERE! Currently I work with children (toddlers & children with behavioral issues in group homes)! Among the million other things I love to with my kids is DANCE! We dance all the time and I love teaching them and building their self confidence! Learning hip hop with me is an experience that is not only physical, but also a mental journey to finding who you are with music!!
