Bonjour! I am a very passionate about teaching French Language to other people. I started teaching One-on-One private and group lessons with ACE/FLEX program, then I became a certified ACTFL instructor which opened more opportunities to me as a Foreign Language Instructor. I have been teaching for about 10 years now. I have worked with different Language Learning Centers such as BERLITZ, DICTYON, the Washington Language Center, ICLS, ICA and I am currently affiliated with the Diplomatic Language Services (DLS). Ready and willing to teach all kind of students at any level, the French language skills needed either for a job assignment or just to learn a Foreign language. My classes are always tailored to meet the student's needs and objectives. à bientôt !

I am very passionate about French Language and culture. I have enjoyed learning French myself back home since I was 5 years old. I think that French is such a beautiful and rich language. There is always something new you can learn about the French culture and the language and is not as difficult foreign language to learn as some other Languages like Arabic, Persian or even Mandarin. My teaching experience exceeds 15 years total, working with children, young adults like college students, and adults from different background and working professional fields. With a background in foreign language instruction, linguistics and curriculum development, I have developed a strong pedagogy and different language teaching methods that proved to be successful. Madame Bensaïd is a wonderful French teacher! I started my lessons around two years ago, and with her help, it's set me up for success for learning French when I got back to school. She's very patient and understanding, which made me feel comfortable during my lessons. I feel very confident in my speaking and I can definitely attribute that to my lessons with Madame Bensaïd!

Aïcha is such a fabulous teacher! Learning a language is stressful and Aïcha takes the stress completely out of it, which further enables growth. Her positive attitude, reassurance and nonjudgemental approach make it very easy to connect with her on any subject (yes in French) but she will also push your limits in areas where you need a little nudge.
