I have been teaching for 20 + years. Out of those years I have taught middle school Reading and Writing for 14 years. I am a certified teacher and have a clear background check which has been filed and established through the school district of Philadelphia. I enjoy teaching writing and watching my students tap into the potential that already lies within them to develop as proficient writers. My goal is to teach my students the basics of planning and developing proficient essays as well as gaining confidence to be able to dissect and respond to any writing prompt they are given.
