    Master the art of vocalization through song with lessons from an experienced professional

    Singing can be healthy, exciting, effortless-feeling, and cathartic all at the same time. Our one-on-one lessons link student goals with positive outcomes by developing understanding of healthy vocal habits, production, and presentation of repertoire that fits and flatters the voice. Areas of study include classical, music theatre, folk, and rock/pop. All students will have the opportunity to perform on studio recitals.

    Adrianne is a professional singer, voice teacher, and piano teacher. In 2011 she began teaching private voice lessons, and has had over 50 students in this time. Students’ accomplishments include winning first place at the National Association of Teachers of Singing High School Musical Theatre Competition as well as the Musichorale Scholarship Contest, leading roles at high schools and colleges, as well as many successful recitals and awards. Adrianne's voice students gain an understanding for proper use of breath, projection, ease, tone quality, diction, and confidence in solo singing. Adrianne's piano students focus on proper technique, posture, phrasing, legato, sight-reading, and performance. Adrianne's teaching style is patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic. Adrianne received her training at The Boston Conservatory, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Music. She completed her master's at Roosevelt University, College of the Performing Arts. She is known for her warm and sweet voice. Audiences have seen her sing in Illinois, Mississippi, Massachusetts, Florida, and Italy. She has performed over twenty roles with the likes of Opera Naples, Natchez Festival of Music, Sugar Creek Opera, Chicago Opera Theater, and Lyric Opera of Chicago. She has been featured many times as a soloist in Handel’s Messiah with Harper College. Though she has predominantly performed in opera, she is at home in a variety of styles.

    Adrianne is open and welcoming and she is helping my granddaughter improve her singing. My 14 year old granddaughter really looks forward to her lessons with Adrianne!!

    Ms. Adrianne is patient, confident, qualified music 🎶 teacher. I have been taking singing 🎤 lessons for five years with her and Ms. Adrianne still makes me enthusiastic to practice and enjoy wanting to come to Lessons.

    The Vocal Pedagogy Professional Workshop (VPPW) provides collegiate and private voice instructors and vocal music educators with unique learning opportunities in both musical theater and classical voice pedagogy.
