This workout was super intense. Felt great afterwards. Great for anyone who looking to shed weight and also learn a craft. I definitely recommend everyone to come and experience this. I look forward to our future training. Thanks Adam

Adam has a tremendous amount of patience teaching my 5 year old the proper techniques for boxing & always gives positive reinforcement when he does well but will be firm when correcting him on mistakes & will have him repeat it until he gets it right.
