Microsoft Excel with Adam H.

I am the Operations Manager at my company and lead Forecasting Analyst. I mainly work out of Excel and work dynamically to offer insights into the Contact Center I support. I take massive rows of data and turn it into information that is used to drive decisions with staffing to meet the metrics I forecast. I love getting data better understood and talking through different ways to approach a problem to find better solutions using Excel. In order to better understand the data it takes a lot of organization to view the data better. I love formatting, writing conditional formulas, and using charts to access the data better. My tag line keeps me learning in that "the more you know about Excel, the less you know". I am always a student learning better ways to use Excel and I'd love to pass on that passion to you!
