Lesson will be half an hour. Students will learn technique exercises (such as Hanon), Scales and chords, quizzes/flash cards for musical symbols, as well as learn 2-3 short beginner songs from the appropriate music book chosen by the teacher. Music books are purchased separately from lessons. 3-4 books and home keyboard must be purchased by student prior to first lesson. About Acacia F.

    4.7
    (9)
I have been a performer for 20 years for places such as Disneyland, Brigham Young University, Olympic College, as well as a featured soloist for several church congregations and community venues. I have directed choirs and helped worship teams sing their best for 10 years. I have an Associates degree in music, but have been studying and mentoring in private voice since age 12, and piano since age 8. I specialize in classical and musical theater voice, but am comfortable teaching jazz, pop, light rock, R&B, gospel, and some additional genres, if you desire.
