Math with Abinash J.

I am from Nashville, TN. I attended Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet High School and graduated with a 4.0 GPA and excelled in math and science courses. I earned a full scholarship to Vanderbilt University where I majored in Neuroscience and was pre-med. I engaged in rigorous science courses while at Vanderbilt University and tutored students in these subjects during my time at Vanderbilt. I officially taught MCAT physics and biology at a local test preparation company in Nashville from May 2009-August 2010. I attended medical school and graduated this year. During medical school, I tutored various medical subjects. I am currently doing research at Vanderbilt University and want to continue my interest in tutoring/teaching students who are committed to excelling in their preferred subjects. My focus is primarily on biology, all mathematics subjects up to pre-calculus, and MCAT prep. I am very focused in having my students reach their goals during their tutoring sessions. I will develop customized lesson plans for each of my students to help them achieve their goals. I have been successful in the past with each of my students and have excellent rapport with each of them.
