Hi! I am an adjunct ESL/ English Professor and academic tutor. I have experience teaching all levels of English, including English for the workplace. I have taught ESL speaking and writing classes at St. John's University; Teachers College, Columbia University; the New Americans Welcome Center; as well as through numerous private organizations. I also tutor students who need help with English/Social Studies/Literature classes, AP English classes, the REGENTS and the SAT. I hold a BA in Media Studies and an MA in Middle-Eastern Studies. Prior to working as an ESL teacher, I worked in publishing as a literary assistant/ online editor and had great success editing manuscripts, papers, and even blogs.
