Hi I'm Aaron! I started out playing drums to my brother's Led Zeppelin tapes and my dad's soul record collection. My first ever private lesson I remember learning some awesome pointers to play the song "I feel good" by James Brown. I remember that day I felt empowered as a player. Like I had what it takes. And I was given some knowledge of how to get me there. Every student has an ambition to play a certain way. To have a certain THING. I help guide them with skills and techniques to reach those goals. I'm not just a teacher, I'm a drum coach. Not only will you be learning the essentials, rudiments, hand technique, feel & timing, etc, But you will also be taking home a different perspective, posture, and attitude to playing the drums. I've toured and recorded for over 10 years now. I bring my experience and my early teachings with me. I coach those who want to take this to a professional level and also to those wanting to get a better understanding of the instrument.
