I am fascinated by the learning process, and I enjoy finding the most effective and enjoyable ways for each student to learn and practice. I have many years of experience teaching all ages and levels. My students have earned spots in orchestras such as the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra, the Contemporary Youth Orchestra, the Canton Youth Symphony, Cleveland Institute of Music Prep Orchestra, Akron Youth Symphony, the Harvard Summer School Orchestra, and Boston Arts Academy. If you send me a message, please include the following information: 1) Why do you want to learn music? 2) What types of music do you listen to? 3) What experience/how many years do you have of playing music? 4) What are your goals with music? I have worked with 4 year olds, up through adults of various ages. As well as being a classical musician, I improvise and teach many styles such as jazz, pop, and rock.

I’m really learning! Three short lessons and I can play a couple of songs. Aaron will take you wherever you want to go with your instrument with your own goals. He is interesting and fun!

Aaron spends quality time with our daughter and goes through material that is appropriate for her playing level. We are extremely pleased with his attention to her positioning and bowing. Great thanks to his teaching to help our daughter to work on skills!
