I’m a personal life coach. I’ve spent most of my adult life helping others manage the rigors of life. After many years of working meaningless jobs, bouncing from one to the next looking for where I belonged, I’ve landed here. What I was looking for, didn’t exist where I was, I was looking for something to fill my soul, not my pockets. I needed a change, not just any change but one that aligned with my purpose. During my 20 year career in the Air Force I enjoyed helping others overcome barriers and obstacles. ​Maybe you’re like me, living someone else’s dream or doing what everyone expects you to do. I’m here to tell you that life is bigger than that and each of us is uniquely designed to live with passion and walk boldly by faith. I’m encouraging everyone to break the cycle, find your purpose and walk your path! ​At my core I enjoy helping others become better people, achieve their dreams and learn more about themselves. My services include life, career, relationship, and youth life coaching. I specialize in serving the veteran and military populations. ​My educational background includes; a B.S. in Health and Science from American Military University, M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University, and an M.B.A. from St. Leo University. My professional certifications include a LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University and a Certified Profession Life Coaching Certification from the Life Coach Institute of Orange County.
