Hello, I'm Aaron. I've been playing guitar and studying music for over 16 years. I've been teaching guitar for 7 years and am also a singer/songwriter. I am a skilled musician and an adaptable teacher. I find unique ways to teach my students the material. I use lesson books for our curriculum and have found a lot of success with my other students in doing so. But I also use technology and music examples to drive a point home. I'm not your average music teacher. I like to make music that is outside the "box." Picasso said something to the effect of, "Learn the rules like a pro so you can break them like an artist." That's what I strive to do. I prefer to teach beginner and intermediate level students. I like to teach guitar lessons out of Mel Bay, as well as other beginning guitar methods books.
