Heather is an excellent teacher. She was always very patient and enthusiastic while teaching. I felt like I learned something or improved after each lesson. She really gets her knowledge through to the student. I enjoyed every minute of the lessons.

Although it has been only 2 months since I started my lessons with Mrs. Heather Lanza, I have witnessed a great difference in my sight reading and my piano playing. She has chosen the textbooks that I just needed, and I think they are of high end rank. In addition, Mrs. Lanza, suggested some supplementary books that I just needed; they have been really useful.

Mrs. Lanza inculcates independence in her students by letting them choose some of their material while assigning them tasks (that will later turn out to be just what they needed).

On a personal level, she is a lady of nice, considerate, understanding and helpful character.

I'm a firm self-study learner; however, I think a good teacher can save the learner a lot of time and effort, and that is what Mrs. Lanza could do well.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I love love love having Lena as a singing instructor. She is very encouraging and truly does care about her students. She creates a safe space for her students to express and explore themselves. She also manages to make the more abstract concepts make sense to me, which isn't always an easy task! I can already see such a difference in my singing. Couldn't ask for a better voice instructor. Highly recommend.

I have had the good fortune to meet Lena, with whom I have shared many hours of music.
Lena is an amazing singer and a better teacher, that has a special passion with kids. Imagining all the time how to make them smile. She is very kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable on the subject. She is also very patient.
If I'm new to music and thinking about starting music lessons, without a doubt she would be my teacher.
I am really thankful for having her as a friend.

My 4 year old daughter is one of those kids that loves to sing all the time but the melody isn't just there... Not until we met Lena!! Once my daughter started taking singing lessons with her, what a difference, and so fast too!! Lena is very sweet, fun and really knowledgeable. She is also very caring and so creative! Always coming up with new fun ways to teach her lessons making things interesting and dynamic. My daughter is learning so much without even thinking about it, she loves and enjoys every single moment of her "princess singing lessons", that's how she calls it, and always looks forward to go back for more!

Andrea gave our son private lessons for several months, teaching him techniques for breathing that improved both his sound and ability to sustain notes longer. We noticed big improvements in his confidence and skill in just that short time. We are sad she is no longer in our area - as we would have certainly continued lessons if she were! Excellent teacher!
