Motivated

I'm a senior citizen that still works. I played some other instruments when I was younger and always wanted to play piano and Michael has motivated me to continue to learn and fit my practice into my work schedule. Anyone who wants to learn to play an instrument should look no further then Michael.

Amy is awesome! My son just turned 5 and his attention span is very short, but Amy is able to keep him on track. She is very patient and always go over the material with me, so that I understand it and I am able to help my son practice at home. I really appreciate her teaching style.

Amy is Awesome :o)

It would be very difficult to sum up all reasons why Amy is a wonderful music teacher. Amy provides a positive and judgment-free zone for her music lessons. She is both encouraging and inspirational. When my daughter becomes frustrated with a new note or technique, Amy simply reminds her that she is more than capable and all she needs is practice. I appreciate the time and thought Amy puts into making music selections that will both challenge my daughter’s playing abilities while retaining her attention.

We highly recommend this teacher!

Amy is a highly talented, bright, thoughtful and dedicated piano teacher. We couldn't have asked for someone better to introduce our daughter to the piano. She is patient but she gently pushes our daughter beyond her comfort zone. This is the piano teacher you are looking for...
Daniel W. Tempe, AZ

I can help any brass student learn the basics of sound production, tone quality, breath support, intonation, tonguing and slurring, and scales.

About Daniel

I am very interested in helping my students become, above all else, musicians. To me, this means bringing the music off the page, and finding/playing what has not been written in ink. Too often, I see musicians merely play the notes and put no emotion into their music. That is not what music is about. Our job is to make the audience feel something, and if we cannot do this we have failed as musicians. I received my Bachelor of Music from Cetnral Michigan University and am currently working on my master's degree in Tuba Performance at Arizona State University and can teach beginning trumpet and trombone, and advanced tuba and euphonium.
