Piano students can learn basics and intermediate commercial music concepts with me, including comping and jazz keyboard. I am especially adept at helping vocalists learn how to play and sing simultaneously.
My first lesson with a student is a meet and greet where I get to pick their brain about passions, interests and goals. From there, I put together a custom lesson plan to make sure they succeed and keep interest in whatever those goals may be.
But most importantly, I take very seriously the role of instilling confidence in my students. Creative confidence spills over into all pools of life and is not only something I recognize, but take pride in being involved with.
