Want to learn more about "what makes you tick", what your energetic blueprint/makeup is? Or perhaps you know the basics, but you want to learn "to read" charts, or to work with "moving energy" (transits and progressions) more effectively.

Whatever your desire and current level of knowledge, astrology is a wonderful language and method of learning "how you work yourself" deeply, and how to understand/partner with others (and with the universe!) more effectively.

I can teach you about your chart in a more academic sense (I have 20 years of tutoring/teaching experience!)--OR we can integrate astrology with healing, meditative and/or creative practices, to help you integrate your inherent archetypal expression in a deeper, more impactful way.

Instead of teaching common openings that everyone knows about, I can teach tricky openings that are filled with traps. I use many different openings on Chess.com and confuse opponents. I also teach tactics and am rated over 2300 on tactics.

About Hagen

Normally, chess teachers will teach you about classic openings such as the Ruy Lopez or the fried liver. However, I teach uncommon openings that are actually easily playable. If you are tricky in chess I strongly recommend you play my openings.

"I've been interested in astrology for a long time, and
finally decided to take a leap of faith and take a class.
Jennifer is a complete stranger to me, yet we started off
our first session, not as strangers, but more as a casual acquaintance. She leads, listens, and makes the class very interesting. I made the right choice."

"Erin is a very gentle, warm, easy-going instructor which is a welcome change for me as someone who is used to harsher, more pushy teachers (they have their benefits too). Though she is gentle, she remains focused on the task at hand with me during lessons. She also communicates with me throughout the week in email if I have questions. She is willing to work at my pace and teach me patterns for items I'm interested in. I wish her camera had slightly better quality with focus do I could see her fingers and the individual.yarns she's touching with greater clarity. I really like working with Erin (I think we have had around 5 lessons so far) and intend to continue for a while. She's giving me a great support system and basis for crochet ability. I basically knew nothing about crochet before starting with her."
