I'm a Ph. D chemist trained in a prestigious US university and extensive experience in teaching and tutoring in high school sciences, freshman General Chemistry, sophomore Organic Chemistry, and advanced chemistry courses.

Through one-on-one and group tutoring, the subjects will be presented in a way that caught interest, clarified difficult topics and led student(s) through complex areas, and put knowledge into context so that its relevance was apparent.

As a chemistry educator, especially one who is tutoring at the high school and undergraduate levels, I will bring a lot of energy to my student(s). If I can't get excited about my subject, why should my student(s)? Another important element of my tutoring is encouraging reasoned thinking and rational problem solving, especially in developing logical arguments.

SAT Math requires both strategy and practice;Working with High school students including Beverly Hills High School and Culver City High, we identified key terminologies that typically repeat in SAT tests and used these to structure problem solving strategies with guaranteed success in the outcomes;Students have improved in their Scores and reigned in on their anxieties while going into the tests.

I scored in the 96th percentile on the SAT. When I was an undergraduate at Trinity University, I was exempt from taking the required English courses due to my high SAT scores in reading and writing.

I teach every level and prepare students to take ACT, SAT, GRE tests. I always strive to motivate and engage my students to make the learning interesting and fun.

All my tutoring sessions include reviews of previously learned material and if possible the use of technology. I use students books but often bring extra study materials if necessary.
