I consider teaching people to be a way of common development of human creativity, raising a student's cultural level up, instilling interest in music and arts, an explanation of the significance of music.
I see music lessons as an increasing general intellectual and spiritual level.

I have tried many methods and I've learned to be flexible because everyone is unique in either how they learn and interpret best to perform music. Music is fundamental to life if not the very ability created by God for life in general. All around us are vibrations which is the very essence of creation and life. As far as methods: I use Alfred's Piano Premier, John Thompson, and American College of Musicians approved materials for Piano Guild. Scales, chords, cadences, and I firmly believe in students learning the language of music as well as counting rhythm all of which comes back increasing math, science, critical thinking, and humanities comprehension.

My goal is to inspire students to create and share music that reflects their unique interests and voice, while providing a strong foundation of the fundamentals of music. We will work on theory, sight-reading, ear training, and whatever interests YOU to help you reach your goals.

I believe learning to play the piano should be fun! I do focus on theory and technique which are important. I strive to cater to my individual students and have them play songs that they enjoy.
