Paul was very knowledgeable and patient. He made me see things more clearly than what I was taught. Explained everything in details so that i could understand better. With my level of education Paul understood where I was coming from. I was having difficulties in understanding javascript and he was there to help me get through it. I cant wait for our next lessons together.

I understand that math can be a bit challenging for some students, however, I am very patient and willing to explain things to your children in ways they will understand. I have tutored students in the past and they have all improved significantly; as long as they were willing to do some work. I find that when I encourage children and give them a little push, they realize that they CAN succeed in math and this really improves their performance and self-esteem. Sometimes the greatest barrier is the thought "I am no good in math." Once kids do the work and see the results, this belief no longer stifles their performance. I look forward to working with great students but please trust the process. :)

"Bill is really pretty terrific. After going over the basics of first being understood in the public domain (voice and enunciation practices) we are now beginning, at my request, more commercial uses of speech. I have been in theater and done a few voice overs but just did the work with no training, and with the knowledge I could do better. Now I really feel like I am learning much from Bill about a subject area I always wanted more information about. I feel confident with Bill's specific and professional advice, practice and teaching materials (in this case, ad copy and homework).
Bill is also friendly and his teaching is not intimidating or stern. I enjoy his classes and remember his situations. I would highly recommend Bill as a teacher! Try taking one of his classes!"

"Colin's vast knowledge in so many subjects allows him to find unique approaches to teach and tutor. He knows the material so well that he is always able to find ways in which to break down the process of understanding the material. Colin will also breakaway from the point at hand if he feels that there might be some basic knowledge that I might not be aware of, but will contribute to my understanding. He also provided me with techniques that have helped me restructure the way I learn. Overall, a great instructor that has helped me come a long way in my ability to learn."

How to Analyze an Argument in an Essay | 4 Easy Steps

At some point in your academic career, you'll need to know how to analyze an argument properly. Here, tutor Andrew P. shares his guide to success...   As a college student, you'll be expected at some point to understand, restate, comment on, or discuss someone’s assertion (strongly stated position). An argument is a reason(s) for a conclusion. He is dense (reason); therefore, I won’t talk with him (conclusion). I won’t talk with him (conclusion) because he is dense (r …
