I am from Peru and my native language is Spanish. I've been tutoring Spanish for 10 years, whether is helping with homework, teaching from the beginning, or conversational advanced Spanish. I specialize in online lessons, and I use the student's book or my own books. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels and I can't wait to meet you!

About Daniel

I love teaching, I can teach you at where you at and take you where you need to be. I only need a student with the desire to learn and to practice. I like to help students realize they have the intelligence and ability to solve the problems on their own, they just need the right direction. Nothin

Private Spanish Teacher

I have been a Spanish instructor teaching at the post-secondary level for seven years, where I have taught first and second-year Spanish as well as composition classes, and classes for Spanish heritage Speakers. As a Spanish instructor, I have had the opportunity to work with a diversity of students, from different backgrounds. As a Spanish instructor, one of the most important goals in class is to help students learn the language properly. Furthermore, one of my objectives is to motivate students fulfill their potential and imbued them an interest for the Spanish language as well as the Hispanic culture. It is also of my interest that my students get involved and enjoy non-academic activities where they can have the opportunity to practice the target language as well as the culture.

"Micah is an amazing teacher. I have been working with her for about 2 years, and I truly enjoy her enthusiasm, energy, and extraordinary ability to teach. I started with the Spanish I remembered from high school and college (many years prior) and had a basic limited vocabulary. I have always enjoyed the language, and becoming proficient had been a goal of mine for a while. I run a busy real estate development company and I travel a lot - Micah comes to my office twice a week and provides me with not only lessons in grammar, vocabulary, and structure, but also encourages me to enjoy learning by introducing me to music, movies, and books in Spanish.
In addition to my face to face classes, Micah has introduced me to another of her teachers and I meet with Olivia twice a week at night on Skype.
Micah has an excellent understanding of language structure, vocabulary, and the quirks that, when she explains them, really make sense and help me learn at a deeper level. She has made learning Spanish a lot of fun because she gets my goals and how I need to learn. There really is no substitute for a great 'maestra' - Micah is brilliant at what she does, she is a professional, she loves to teach and it shows, and I would recommend her and her company to anyone who wants to learn English or Spanish."
