As your coach, I would help guide you to overcome any unavoidable setbacks. After gaining a good understanding about your personal health and fitness needs, I would see the signs of these oncoming relapses ahead of time whether, that shows up as a sugar binge or not being able to exercise due to bad weather or a busy life, and instead of you having to figure out how to bounce back. I would have already gently and carefully nudged you away from these temporary or permanent setbacks.

"I have been taking private sessions with Mary for a few months now, but due to Covid-19 we have recently discontinued the in-person training and moved on to online virtual sessions via Zoom. To be honest, I was hesitating to move on to virtual training since I was not familiar with technology and the concept of online training and so on. However, Mary is such a kind and lovely person which really helps when training remotely at home. She always explains everything clearly, so you can easily understand the necessary know-how and technique of each exercise and get the same benefits as of an in-person session. "Kathy L: I started training with Patty in my early forties for quite a few years. I looked and felt the best I ever did in my life. When my daughter went to college I took a break because of finances. But I told Patty I would be back. Well it has been about five year and in June of this year I made the call I was thinking of making for months, asked Patty if she could fit me into her schedule. Thankfully yes. When I workout by myself I would make excuses, and my eating habits became terrible, and I gained weight. Patty got me back on track quickly.
