I started with Patty's classes in 2001. I was 51 years old and getting pretty beat up by Menopause
and Endometriosis in particular. I was a Jogger for many years but needed to add a good class with
weights and high and low impact exercise to really get into good shape. My best friend recommended
Patty's Classes and rest as they say is History.
Everyone knows that Exercise is critical to good health and if you have any chronic conditions is it
especially important !! Patty's training sessions are the best I have ever gone to - in addition to the exercises, the knowledge
she has imparted to all of us has been just as rewarding. I schedule everything "around" my training.
because I never want to miss and the older I get the more critical it is for me !
It is not an exaggeration by any stretch of the imagination when I say that her training session have saved my life
because it is literally true. I had a serious illness a few years ago that took such a physical toll that there
is no way I could have survived it had I not been in the best physical shape of my life and that was at age 60 !
Oh and her Boot Camp class is the best ever - hands down.

My work junk food vending machine habit ran me $140.00 a month...which pays for over half of what I spend in training with Patty! When people tell me I must be rich to have a trainer, I tell them "I just stopped eating and drinking crap and it pays for my sessions"...people don't realize how much they spend on junk food....hope this helps someone else! I love to teach and can make my harp and voice lessons unique to each individual based on their current skill level. I love watching people expand and grow through music. Your lessons will be engaging, compassionate, fun, and organized! Each lesson will encourage you to become excited about your musical growth and inspire you to continue. I offer something unusual for a harp teacher in that I can teach both improvisation and music theory for the harp. This means that you will get the best of both worlds!
I also have obtained education from the Self-Heal School of Herbal Studies here in San Diego, where I have learned about herbal medicine. I am well versed in many alternative therapies (such as E.F.T., mindfulness meditation, therapeutic music, Ayurvedic medicine, amino acid therapy, etc.) and can provide compassion, understanding, and strategies for alleviating suffering as a Life Coach. My education towards my Master's degree in Psychology also helps me increase my understanding of the human condition and offer additional support for anxiety, depression, addiction, and other stresses. I believe that everyone deserves to live a life of freedom, safety, comfort, and relaxation. I hope to provide loving assistance for anyone seeking someone who cares and will put in the time to truly listen and provide helpful feedback.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and please let me know how I can be of service to you!

We’re fools whether we dance or not, so we might as well dance.
To dance is to be out of yourself. Larger, more beautiful, more powerful..
-Agnes de Mille
There is a bit of insanity in dancing that does everybody a great deal of good.
Dance is the only art of which we ourselves are the stuff of which it is made.
Na·ma·ste- "My spirit honors your spirit. I honor the place in you in which the entire Universe dwells, I honor the place in you which is of Love, of Integrity, of Wisdom and of Peace. When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, we are One."

She began practicing yoga during her years at Moore College of Art and Design as a way to release the stress of her studies. In 2017 with a desire to deepen her personal practice she started her 200hr teacher training at one of Philly's oldest studios; Yoga on Main. In 2018 she completed her training and has since been grateful for all it has provided her.
Gina hopes to share the vast healing power of Yoga through asana, breath work (pranayama) and meditation with all who are open to receive it.

I began teaching violin as a middle schooler and I have spent two decades mastering my skills and growing my love of teaching students of all ranges of age, and ability.
In 2009, I studied the Alexander Technique to address issues as a performer and use these skills and techniques to inform my teaching today.
Realizing the mental abilities it takes to play violin, I naturally found interest in meditation.
As a passionate mediator for 12 years, I began teaching all levels how to develop their mind for self-care, compassion, empathy, peace-of-mind and response awareness. I believe these traits are key for all people to live together in a chaotic and
I started meditation to develop my own self awareness, but these tools can help anyone to find their center, build confidence and gain energy for facing life's hyper-stimulation. My goal is to guide everyone into all levels of meditation, for students who are curious and have never meditated, to advanced meditators looking to take their understanding to the next level.
I teach Vipassana or Insight meditation. I am an affiliate of several meditation centers around the city.
I love teaching all people the ways of violin and meditation. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
I'm excited that you're on your way to starting your yoga journey. When I began practicing yoga ten years ago, I instantly became hooked (as I'm sure you will). The practice can first seem intimidating - which is why private sessions can really help mold the practice to your body (not the other way around).
I’m here to teach yoga in a form that’s best for you and your body. Our bodies hold so much energy, stress, and tension that need to be released in order for us to live our happiest lives. Classes are tailored to your needs and energy. You can always guarantee there will be music to help you get the blood pumping, and deep delicious stretches at the end of class to melt your heart open.
My background lies in wellness and hospitality. While earning my undergrad degree from Cornell, I used my yoga practice to help ease the stre

Curious about inversion yoga? Learn how to do some of the essential poses in this guest post by San Diego teacher Tiffany V... We are so used to viewing life from a right-side-up perspective, where we soak in the world around us by way of our sensory organs (eyes, ears, nose, and mouth). We process everything upstairs, allowing it all to accumulate to form our point of view, which in turn fuels our decisions, reactions, and movements down to our toes. Rather than taking the ti … Read More
