I've been teaching Broadway Singing for 10 years and my students have gone on to sing and act in an array of Musicals around the world. Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to sing with greater capacity and as time goes on you'll be able to sing with much greater power, range and style. Crystal studied Broadway style vocals at The Boston Conservatory of Music and has been performing professionally on the stage for over ten years.

Hello! I would love to help you grow as an artist and reach your fullest potential. I am a Voice Teacher and Acting Coach with nearly 10 years of experience.

As your voice teacher I tailor your lessons to meet your needs. I will guide you through the proper way to warm up your body, breath and voice. We will focus on technique to improve your breath support, stamina and range. I will provide you with tips and tricks to sing in any style while still staying true to your natural voice.

Even the greatest singers don’t sound their best if they are singing the wrong songs. After getting to know you and your voice I will make repertoire suggestions that challenge you and let you SHINE!

Singing is so much more than sounding good...singing is storytelling! I will be your guide in discovering the meaning behind every word and note and help you to convey the story to your audience.

I have a passion for teaching music and sharing the joy of singing with my students! I plan my lessons around the individual achieving their personal goals by increasing the difficulty with each lesson and choosing songs that the student is passionate about. I always focus on building a strong foundation for vocalists to achieve healthful & free singing through various conditioning exercises that emphasize improving their breath control, tone, and resonance. In addition to teaching healthy vocal technique, vocal anatomy and music theory to my students, I also incorporate stage presence and musical expression into their lessons to strengthen their skills as a performer. Whether you want to become a professional singer, or just improve your singing, my aim is to provide a safe space for students to explore their voice. Having studied a variety of vocal genres privately for 15 years, I have a wealth of knowledge at my disposal. I also have a degree in vocal music performance where I studied classical music and studied vocal function, granting me a deeper understanding of the human voice. With all that said, at the end of the day I believe it is important for any teacher to keep an open mind. If I learned anything from my professors each student is different and sometimes it requires you as the teacher to go on the journey with them.
