Many students are satisfied learning covers, which is great, but the real fun and creativity is in writing your own music. Writing takes confidence and freedom and everyone has to start somewhere. I help new writers with laying down basic songs, and more advanced writers with nuance and innovation - how to borrow ideas from songs they love, use music theory to create harmony for lead melodies on guitar, piano, and voice
I also offer music recording on Garageband, guiding writers on how to select a beat, add tracks, and connect musical ideas. I've been writing and recording my music since 2004, which stretches from Pop and Country to Soul and Hard Rock. I share my process and allow writers to explore the process of artists they love to see the progression even the greatest artists go through.

Book NowMy bass guitar lessons use three main approaches. Technique- I've learned from the best. With the right technique, anything is possible.
Applied Theory- Do Re Mi. Whats up with that? I'll show any student that simple theory can be used to make your own style. Why can I hear a song a learn it immediately? I'll show you.
Learning Material- The music YOU love may be the most important part of my lessons. I'll also find the perfect tunes that will be your skill level but also challenge you.
