About Jaime
I believe, that would make a great addition to your team, because I have a strong passion for education and learning. I have always being interested in teaching and mentoring others. I teach others with the realization that everyone potentially learns differently, so I do my best to involve different teaching methods and asking the student what works best for them. It is through a personal story that I learned that the teacher can make huge difference in the way the student understand the material. It believe that if you make what your learning relevant to your life, it can resinate easier with the mind. I have a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with focus in Spanish and Sociology. I would be glad to be a service to you.

Anna is an enthusiastic, encouraging, and an inspiring teacher! Her lessons are engaging and delivered with respect. Her students would add that Anna is ready with a smile, a kind word or two, and adds a splash of humor to their time together.

A great instructor. Trained in linguistics in Russia and very personable. What's most important is that she has multiple teaching methodologies and adapted to how I learned best.

Anna is one of the few Russian teachers that I have been happy with. She is very willing to help others learn her native language and always has a great enthusiasm. She has been my conversation tutor now for three months and I always leave confident in my Russian skills and definitely learn new colloquial and every day phrases/expressions.

¡Hola! I am a lifelong educator who has worked with students in various capacities, including academic counseling and teaching. I grew up speaking English and Spanish and have been teaching both languages since 2013. I am also a student of languages and I am currently studying French. I can sometimes understand Italian and Portuguese when spoken to me, as their sounds are similar to Spanish. I love teaching because it is an exchange. I often learn as much from my students as they learn from me, as students share career experiences and areas of interest. If you're looking to learn Spanish and want a customized experience, reach out and schedule a lesson!

About Will
I graduated from Portland State University with a major in Applied Linguistics and a minor in French. My curious nature led me from my idyllic hometown (Silverton) to live at various times in New York City, San Francisco, Germany, France and China. Through teaching abroad, I was not only able to wend my way into personally enriching experiences, but to be of service. I ultimately found that service to be more satisfying than globetrotting.

I believe that analogy is the driver of cognition. This means that, as a teacher, my job is primarily to orient abilities that the student has already accrued towards new skills in a way that is personally salient for him or her. The most satisfaction I get as a teacher is when I see that my student has incorporated the skill that I was hired to impart, and I have been made obsolete.

The maj
ority of my free time is spent chasing my son, but I sometimes have time to play board games, or binge watch shows with my wife.
