There is no better feeling than helping people improve their lives, and empower themselves. I like to tailor my lessons to fit the individual. This helps each student get the most from their lessons. Karate is a wonderful and rich martial art, and can provide the student a lifetime of learning. Let's get started!

Karate

I am a 3rd degree black belt with the Kobukan Karate Federation. I practice and teach Okinawan Matsumura Seito Shorin Ryu karate and kobudo weaponry. I have been involved in martial arts for over 15 years. My studies have included karate, ninjutsu, and Choy li fut kung fu. I am dedicated to empowering people, through martial arts training. Giving people the skills to help them protect themselves, while also passing on an art that has given so much to me, is my passion. My teaching style is is focused on the individual, while being very comprehensive. There is more to karate than learning the moves and techniques. There is an entire history and culture to explore.
