There are three simple things you need to know about my tutoring program. 1. Learning a foreign language is a part of your SELF DEVELOPMENT. Treat it as such. 2. I don't believe in "good or bad with languages" stereotype. If you really want to speak a new language I guarantee that my method will work for you. 3. All materials are created by me and edited by a group of talented language teachers and linguists. They are free and very useful no matter where, when and how you study Russian or French.
For over 7 years of professional experience as Russian/French/ESL teacher, I have worked with all types of students with different learning styles and various goals: taught within U.S. public education institutions, provided private classes for children and adults, developed and i
mplemented individualized syllabus for diplomats, high rank executives at multinational companies, employees of U.S. Embassy and Department of State.
Thanks to all my students, current and former, I am now confident that every individual, willing to learn one of the languages I teach, without a doubt, has everything it takes to succeed when the right approach is applied.
It is one on one program, thouroughtly personalized and organized according to your interests (general and professional), schedule, final goals, learning style and many other important elements to be taken into account.
Each session is 50 minutes.
Every session is prepared to reach a particular goal and structured in the way to have a maximum profit from "teacher - student" part of learning. Supporting materials are sent after each session: grammar notes, retention exercises, homework assignments, audio and video files as phonetic exercises and listening practice. The content of these materials is permanently tested and modified in order to achieve the best way to engage each individual student's language acquisition mechanisms.
Teacher's support 24/7.
Extra curricula content: idiomatic language components, cultural studies (traditions, history, literature, cinema and language related etymology), recommendations for independent language practice.
The way I see it, with each new student - there is a new process in my head that starts and constantly creates and improves techniques, ideas, method components, teaching style e.t.c for getting this particular student to do the best he or she can.
More recommendations can be provided upon request.
Very thorough and patient in helping my 10 yr old daughter with new language.

I have been studied with Roman for years. He is caring, attentive and very passionate about teaching and sharing what he know. He is the best teacher ever!
Interactive methodology, fun and fast. I have developed several teaching methods, which I use during my classes. Together we will establish clear objectives for our lessons and will work on your grammar proficiency, listening and speaking skills, and accent neutrality.
I love learning and teaching languages and although I studied law I really prefer teaching languages (I speak 5 languages) and sewing (another of my favourite hobbies) love travelling and photography.
I will be happy to answer the questions which arise in between your one-on-one lessons. In short, I will do everything I can to increase your rate of language acquisition.
It goes without saying that I love to teach! I have an easy-going personality and a positive attitude. Learning such a beautiful and multifaceted language as Spanish or Romanian will be fun with me. I love travelling, I have hosted many exchange students, so I have developed good communication and creativity skills.
I will encourage your interest and curiosity into the different cultures by using amusing topics during the session, which will automatically imp
rove your experience.
I am able to communicate with students at a very personal level . I am very passionate and enthusiastic to get them to learn. I will also promote study habits.
I have a lot of nice material and is interested in what people have to say and their needs. I am friendly and kind; I try to correct students making sure they don't feel embarrassed. I makes people feel comfortable, and encourages them to participate and learn, -even the shy ones. I enjoy the class as much as you.

Alexandra was professional and kind. She very patiently helped me through some technical problems with the camera on my laptop. She immediately recognized the problems I was having on my crocheting project and got me on the right track. She’s friendly and put me at ease right away. A very pleasant and informative session.

Hello, my name is Anna, I’m a native Russian speaking person) I’ve been living in USA for 6 years, and fluently can speak English, that would help our learning process. To be honest with you I don’t hold a degree in Russian and I also might be not the best academically correct teacher, I don’t have an fabulous experience in teaching Russian and I don’t have a super smart teaching methods, but I do have a sense of humor and I know that our time of learning will be super productive and you will forget about time) I had a great experience of teaching how to communicate with Russian person, how to pronounce the words correctly, how to joke with Russians and the most importantly how to curse, just kidding, because I also can teach kids) Moreover, we will learn how to understand Russian abracadabra letters and how to read) Russian language is beautiful and I feel lucky to be its representative
We are complete novices for ballroom dancing-- Anna was wonderfully helpful in connecting prior to the lesson and preparing to help us get the most out of the hour that we booked. She is energetic, vivacious and has a highly effective teaching style. she is able to break the dance down with cues and rhythms that are easy to grasp and remember. We will definitely go back to her for another lesson.

I used to dance back in Russia for a couple years but I forgot everything since then. I’m glad I found Anna who speaks not only my language but also Russian. Just for a couple classes I refreshed my abilities and decided to go further with Anna and this is my favorite thing to do on earth for now.
Привет, будущий студент! I have been teaching foreign languages for 5 years now, and I loved every second of it. I design each class based in my students' interests, hobbies, and lifestyle, and I do it with great enthusiasm. My goal is not only to teach a language, but also to make anyone feel confortable and confident speaking Russian in any kind of situation. We will talk about culture, traditions, lifestyle, and many many other thing about the Russian-speaking world while using contemporary vocabulary and grammar. I have fun teaching, and I make sure my students have fun taking classes with me too.
Привет! My name is Mykyta, and I come from Ukraine. I got my passion for studying languages at the age of three when I had my first English lesson. Ever since then, I couldn't imagine my life without studying foreign languages - and now I share my passion with the world!
I am a very artistic and enthusiastic person. I enjoy dancing and singing, but my absolute favorite hobby is baking (and watching TV shows about baking). I am a sweet tooth myself, and I love to surprise my friends and students with tasty cookies or pies. I always say that a good loaf of bread will always make someone happy.
Mykyta is an excellent teacher!! Classes with him are always fun and engaging. He incorporates applicable vocabulary into all of our lessons and makes sure to have both smaller and larger group discussions to facilitate our learning. I would highly recommend him for any student studying Russian :)

This course focuses in the basic Russian, spoken, reading, and writing skills. Exercising correct spelling, pronunciation, and accurate translation. Russian is my first language, I have constantly kept up with it and have years of professional translating experience. I have excellent teaching skills and ears of experience, as well as lots of patience. My time in the armed forces taught me excellent organizational skills, time management and realistic expectations. For example you will not be able to speak fluent Russian after a basic lesson or two. I have earned a Bachelors Degree in professional communication, and continuously work with foreign business utilizing my skills in translation, and teaching others, in real life.
My name is Nicholas Jones, I was born in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. I always had a passion for teaching, but as any good teacher one must first learn. I studied English as a second language and today have a bachelors degree in professional communication from a US based university. I keep in constant contact with peers, friends and family and travel to visit them often, keeping my Russian current. Aside from having professional language skills working as a translator, for an American based company and for a Russian entrepreneur, I know the culture and mannerisms and as any good language course should teach would include them in the plan. Most of all I can be very flexible in my teaching style, if getting to a goal is what you are looking for, that is a direction I can be comfortable with, strictly business. If you are on the other hand, loo
king for an easy time and to learn as much as you can before fully committing, for example, we can have an easy going, learn at your own pace type of environment. Please just let me know what you are looking for and we can agree on what is the most comfortable scenario for you.
