My gifted son needs challenging and stimulating activities to help him balance all of his feelings. I was extremely hesitant with signing him up because he is only 4. However he instantly connected with Landon and said he has a fantastic time. I absolutely love how Landon has a gift to communicate music without watering down terminology but slowly speaking so that children can understand. He truly has a gift. We look forward to the next one.

At 48 years old, I decided to embark on the life-long desire for vocal lessons. Mr. Blackwell works with me at my pace, as an amateur with a busy professional and home life, and supports me wherever I am in a given lesson. After 8 months of singing together, I have so much more confidence and enjoyment out of singing and like another reviewer said, he makes me feel like I could perform one day (beyond the kitchen, car and shower!).

Mr. Blackwell is very kind and is an amazing teacher. He takes time to help me understand music especially the theory sections. He is not just a music teacher but he is an excellent mentor.
Paul
Luther has been very helpful at teaching me the basics while also making sure we move at a pace in which I am comfortable before jumping into any new exercises. I look forward to having him as a teacher for a long time.

Our son loved Dylan and his DJ lesson nights. Dylan was able to walk us through the lessons that even our 8 year old was able to understand (with a little help from me on our end with online technical assistance.) The great thing is that Dylan was able to take over our screen to make learning Rekordbox that much easier. In four -30 min. sessions- our son is familiar with how and where to download music, where to find his music in Rekordbox, the process of placing beats, and what he needs to do to sync and mix two songs together. Now all he needs is a lot more practice! Dylan is that, "cool" DJ that any young child will look up to and enjoy spending time with. Highly recommend!

"Highly recommend Judy!

Our daughters have been taking private guitar lessons with Judy for the past year. They both really enjoy working with Judy and have made great improvements in their skills.

It was really important for us to work towards a goal of having the kids perform at a community function. Judy worked with us to write the music of a traditional Indian song and helped the girls learn the chords and melody to be able to play together skillfully.

Judy has been very flexible with our home lesson timings, working around the kids' school and sports schedules. She knows the bands/artists they like and always brings them music that they would want to learn and play from these artists. She makes learning fun and has a great way of interacting with the kids."
