I have 10 years of tutoring experience to both children and adults alike. I stress the understanding of connections and the causes/effects between events, over short-term memorizing of events/dates. It leads to a greater appreciation of history, and makes it easier to retain the information long-term.
I recommend just starting with a single 15-minute lesson to see if we are good fits for each other and start a roadmap to progress toward your goals! My rates is for a one-off session, so it is extremely negotiable if we work together regularly.
