About Roman

*****Before you sign up*****

There are three simple things you need to know about my tutoring program.
1. Learning a foreign language is a part of your SELF DEVELOPMENT. Treat it as such.
2. I don't believe in "good or bad with languages" stereotype. If you really want to speak a new language I guarantee that my method will work for you.
3. All materials are created by me and edited by a group of talented language teachers and linguists. They are free and very useful no matter where, when and how you study Russian or French.

*****My Students*****

For over 7 years of professional experience as Russian/French/ESL teacher, I have worked with all types of students with different learning styles and various goals: taught within U.S. public education institutions, provided private classes for children and adults, developed and i

mplemented individualized syllabus for diplomats, high rank executives at multinational companies, employees of U.S. Embassy and Department of State.

Thanks to all my students, current and former, I am now confident that every individual, willing to learn one of the languages I teach, without a doubt, has everything it takes to succeed when the right approach is applied.

*****Program features*****

It is one on one program, thouroughtly personalized and organized according to your interests (general and professional), schedule, final goals, learning style and many other important elements to be taken into account.

Each session is 50 minutes.

Every session is prepared to reach a particular goal and structured in the way to have a maximum profit from "teacher - student" part of learning. Supporting materials are sent after each session: grammar notes, retention exercises, homework assignments, audio and video files as phonetic exercises and listening practice. The content of these materials is permanently tested and modified in order to achieve the best way to engage each individual student's language acquisition mechanisms.

Teacher's support 24/7.

Extra curricula content: idiomatic language components, cultural studies (traditions, history, literature, cinema and language related etymology), recommendations for independent language practice.

The way I see it, with each new student - there is a new process in my head that starts and constantly creates and improves techniques, ideas, method components, teaching style e.t.c for getting this particular student to do the best he or she can.

*****Recommendations*****

Roman helped me understand the grammar better by using repetition and real life applications of when to say what. The material is given to you by Roman in great detail with his modules and it also helped me expand my vocabulary a substantial amount thanks to his methods. He helped me understand Russian better. Definitely recommend !!!

Kyle is a great teacher. My grandson Franklin has trouble with paying attention, but Kyle was great when it comes to keeping him focused and interested. He has been with Kyle for close to a year now, and even though he is only 8 years old, he has learned a lot! I would highly recommend taking lessons with Kyle. He makes both grandparents and students happy and, my grandson looks forward to lessons every week with him.

About Gabriel

I am Gabriel Palansc, Brazilian and I have been teaching piano and accompanying singers for 8 years.

I’ve got my Bachelor degree in Piano Perfomance from Belas Artes - Curitiba and my double masters degree in Collaborative and Solo Piano Perfomance from University of Massachusetts Amherst.

I have taught students from all different ages and styles. My methodology includes Music Theory, History of Music and Body relaxing exercises, which are extremely important to prevent muscle injuries, such as tendinites, the most common problem in pianists.

My music approach is different for every student, therefore you can choose the styles you want to learn, such as Classical, Pop, Rock, Jazz and also you are more than welcome to blend these.

During the class, you will he encouraged to do some sight-reading exercises and take notes in class about

strategies of studying.

I have been a classical pianist for 17 years, however I’m very eclectic, which is a quality we need to embrace in order to become a musician.

Fee free to e-mail or phone me in case you would like any kind of information.

About Gina

Since I was a young child, I have been PASSIONATE ABOUT WRITING – a passion that ultimately led me to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in English writing (and art) and a teaching and writing career. Since 2006, I have been teaching English writing and ESL to students in over 40 countries who range in age from pre-teen to senior citizen.

My own writing has won numerous national and international awards, and I am the AUTHOR of an art history textbook for high school students. Last year I was featured on the famous ALL EARS ENGLISH podcast to discuss English writing techniques for non-native speakers, and my “Mastering Complex English Descriptions” article has become a hit with ESL students around the world.

Over the years I have helped numerous students improve their writing skills to receive coveted job promotions, excel on exams like

the ACT or TOEFL, and get accepted into schools like MIT, Harvard, and UCLA. Whatever it is you are looking to do, let me know, and we can work on it together!

Yoichi's first review left for Gina: Thank you, Gina! I enjoyed talking with you very much. I was a little nervous before my first web lesson started, but you were so friendly and kind that I felt relaxed. You gave good advice. I'll try to learn hard by next time!

Now over 2 years and 100 classes later, the reviews are still great, though more technical... Great lesson! Thank you, Gina! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the speeches! I forgot to ask which is correct, the position of "[...]", which means omission, right after the sentence as in S. Thurlow's transcript, or right before the sentence as in E. Roosevelt' transcript?

Gina has the rare talent to be an excellent listener which is as much important, in conversation, as to ask challenging questions to keep the student always engaged. The lesson flew and I am looking forward to our next hour!
