"Julie was able to focus (pun intended) on my specific photographic needs and interests--in this case with lessons in depth of field, composition/cropping,
lighting, and special effects (such as applying a brushstroke effect to make the result look more like a painting, or darkening the edges of a photo to better emphasize the center) for close-up subjects like leaves, flowers, and tree trunks, as well as landscapes. I learned so very much that I can apply to both my existing raw photos as well as my future photographic efforts. I am truly WOWED!"

"Jessica Maffia is not only a profoundly gifted and skilled professionally trained artist, but she is also a highly intuitive instructor. Jessica will hap
pily meet you exactly where you are in your craft and inspire you to really improve, learn and grow in your drawing. Jessica's decade plus experience as an artist and teacher makes her a perfect instructor for those wanting to take their drawing practice more seriously and begin to master all the elements of this fine art. I have not had a more talented and inspiring instructor; Jessica evinces so much creative passion and artistic integrity that it becomes contagious. I am much better for having worked with her."

"I have had the pleasure of having an art class with Renata Sharman for the last few months. I have learned so much from her instructions and her demonstr
ations. She is extremely knowledgeable about art and a gifted teacher. She also teaches cooking classes and is a talented photographer. I would highly recommend her to anyone who desires to improve his/her painting skills and enjoy it at the same time. Renata is delightful. A side note – Renata speaks 7 languages!

"Carol has really helped me broaden my painting horizons, not just through learning new techniques, but also in just viewing art. I can now look at a paint
ing in a gallery, know how it was created, and create something of my own based on what I see. She taught me so much in just a short time and has continued to be supportive of my work. Carol is truly a world-class instructor and artist."
