Knowing Music Theory is so important to one being a complete musician. I have a practical approach that I can teach you. I use music theory a lot when I write songs and change keys to tunes. Music is a universal language. In order to communicate with other musicians you have to know music theory. And I can help you understand what is needed to be a good musician.

Theory is a very important part in learning to play and sing. I teach the meaning of notes, the types of notes, and how to read notes. I teach the meaning and purpose of the music, staff, timing,accidentals, phrases, and all other fundamentals of theory.

I've been teaching music theory jointly with vocal or piano lessons. Within the first few lessons, you'll learn basic music fundamentals. These concepts will help you analyze any type of music from any period of time. My job is to help you recognize rhythms, keys, intervals, notation, and much more!
