Having recently graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Computer Science and now working as a software developer, I am well equipped to help you learn programming topics and techniques. I am experienced with many languages with my most proficient being Java and Python. I can help you with your studies or just assist and guide you with a project you are working on. I have been teaching for over 5 years from elementary ages to college level students. My lessons are designed to help beginner students become confident with their programming skills. My philosophy behind my teaching style is to first understand how the student learns. I like to find out specific interest they like such as a sport or a hobby. This way I am able to relate computer programming to something they already understand. Then I progress to where they are able to teach it back to me. I also have a few standards when I teach to always set a the mood and tone of my lesson. Creating a positive climate and most of all having FUN!!

I've been working 5 years in IT field. I structure my lessons so students learn what they want to learn easy way.

Self-taught software engineer with experiences in autonomous vehicles, high-frequency trading, and cybersecurity. I am also currently attending a top 10 computer science Masters program at Georgia Tech specializing in machine learning/artificial intelligence to fill in the gaps in my knowledge.

I know firsthand how difficult it is to learn programming whether you are a total newbie, or a budding intermediate, but I have overcame these challenges myself and will guide you to overcome them too. I also have 3 years of tutoring experience, which will surely come in handy!

I teach computer science and basic programming using C, C++, JavaScript, python, processing, raspberry pi and Arduino.

All the classes from beginner to advanced are project based and suitable for all backgrounds and ages.

I work with my student with real life projects specially Arduino and raspberry pi projects with all of its aspects from electronics, soldering to writing the firmware code.
