Nancy's approach to teaching is very different. She does not try to fit you in a syllabus. She patiently understands what areas you need to focus on singing and where you are in singing and works with you towards achieving your singing goals.
with Me, I am OK in identifying pitch, but had trouble calming my nerves, and that came in the way of singing my high range notes.
Nancy helped Me on this area. She always spends time in making me relax with breathing exercises before singing. I cant believe how much progress i have made in three months.
would definitely recommend for any body who is at any level of singing and would like to sing better"

Mr. Glenn is excellant! He has many, many years of experience. Mr. Glenn is a total professional, he makes you feel so comfortable. He does a great job of communicating, and you always learn something new. I have only been going to Mr. Glenn for a few months but my dad and I feel that we have known him for many years. He should be give a 10! He is by far the best music teacher I have every met. He is super talented! What a great guy!! There is nothing negative at all, he simply the best! He is fun, friendly, honest, patent, enthusiastic, flexible, positive, reliable, respectful, sensitive and encouraging. Thanks Mr. Glenn."

Amazing.
During her lessons, she had me singing from places I never knew you were supposed to sing through-- my gut, my lungs, my throat, and most difficult for me, my eyes She had me practice breathing, and often had me singing the silliest warm ups, to put all of this practice to the test. It took a lot of time and a lot of experience to distinguish those subtle differences and really understand their importance. Stephanie was so patient and so encouraging. She always took the time to make sure I understood what I was doing, and she never ran through a lesson without knowing how I was. She created a space where I could be vulnerable - where I didn’t feel embarrassed to sing a note (way the heck) off key. Even though we never formally practiced this, in the mix of all the other invaluable lessons she gave me, Stephanie taught me how much of a difference it makes to sing from the heart. I don’t think another teacher could have compared."

The warm and bright tone of the ukulele instantly transports you to a tropical island. The instrument had its beginnings on the island of Madeira off the coast of Portugal. In the 1800s, the ukulele made its way to Hawaii by way of immigrants. The word “ukulele” literally means “jumping flea,” due to the fact that the Hawaiians played all over the strings, jumping around as it were. Today, dozens of YouTube vloggers transpose popular songs for the ukulele, giving classic tune …

One of the main concerns that violin students and their parents typically have is purchasing the right-sized violin. Obviously you can't give a five-year-old a full-size violin and expect him or her to be able to handle the instrument. And once kids are in their teenage years, trying to keep up with growth spurts can be extremely difficult, especially considering how much violins cost. Even adults can run into problems when selecting the right size. Fortunately, after a little research, selectin …
