Teresa was awesome! She worked with me and my limited flexibility and really set me up for success with exercises to integrate into my routine. She was also very cognizant of a prior injury and presented long term alternate solutions to tissue regrowth. I really look forward to working with her again!

She was really great, we have only had one lesson so far but she made me feel very comfortable and I feel like she will be perfect for me helping me get over my stage fright. She came up with quite a few ideas up front and can tell she is taking it seriously, which makes me even more confident in her because it is such a serious issue for me. I am looking forward to working with her.

Acting is such a broad term! What are your goals? Do you want to be in films? Do you want to do Shakespeare? Do you want to be in a sit com? Depending upon what your interests are and where you want to go, we will build a plan together. My philosophy on acting techniques is that they are tools to help you, not tests you pass if you're a good actor and fail if you're a bad one. Different techniques work for different people and it is our job to find out what inspires you.

I've worked as a professional actor for many years, performed on Broadway, have my MFA in Performing Arts, and my BA in Arts and Education. I was an assistant director to Tony-winner Sharon Ott and have written and produced my own work. I have experience in both stage and camera acting, which have specific technical differences, but are both a lot of fun once you get used to the medium. Audition technique, preparing monologues, and creating promotional materials are also things I can help with. Anyone who wants to ...

About Rebecca
I have worked professionally as a singer and actor for over twelve years, having performed on Broadway in Lincoln Center's Tony-winning Revival of "South Pacific" with Paulo Szot, Laura Osnes, and Danny Burstein and toured the country with Rob McClure and Anika Larson in the First National Tour of "Avenue Q." I have an MFA in Performing Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design, graduated summa cum laude, and was the only female recipient of the Presidential Scholarship for Vocal Performance. My BA is in Arts and Education from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. I'm currently signed with Roth and Associates East.

Over 90% of my career is from attending open calls, including finding representation and my Broadway debut.

I have experience as a union actress, as a film director, producer and I have done over 10 casting sessions so I know an actor's strengths and weaknesses and how they should improve, prepare for a role, work on an actor's palate (voice and body), can teach audition techiniques, building a character, scene study, improvisation etc.

I teach a bit from all acting methodologies - Stanislavsky, Lee Strasberg, Meisner, Uta Hagen, Stella Adler, etc. My teaching style is more eclectic. I also emphasize Shakespeare and classical theatre training or plays. I train actors to use their imaginations and instincts. Essentially, I help actors play and have fun. A play is called a play because you "play"!

I am also a black martial artist and can teach actors combat and basic fight scenes for film. I produce my own action film series so I have experience with how an actor should prepare for a fight scene.

About Sangini
I have a Master's degree (Speech Communications and Drama) from Texas State University and a Bachelor's degree from University of Texas at Austin (History, Mathematics). I am a published children's book author and I write articles for magazines. I write movie scripts too.

I am a film producer, director, actress, writer, black belt martial artist. I have directed many actors in 10 films, had over 10 casting sessions with actors auditioning, performed with many actors in film and theatre and am a union actress.

About Kendra
Hello! My name is Kendra. I am a professional actress, a published author, a singer-songwriter, and a performance artist. I graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Theatre Arts (Acting) in 2015. I recently moved to Denver, CO from Los Angeles, CA with the intent of focusing on my songwriting career. I began theatrical training at the ripe age of 4, and immediately took to the stage. Auditioning became second nature for me, and I started booking roles and drawing the attention of local agents around age 8. The summers of my childhood were spent flying from my home of Houston, TX to Los Angeles, CA to study with the industry's top teachers. My love for acting continued to grow. I studied the intricacies of film and learned how to control my emotional recall. I learned how to light up the stage with my body language and how I c
arried my voice. At Pepperdine University, I focused on classical theatre, clowning, improvisation, and directing. My senior year, I was the assistant director for the Play: Doubt, A Parable. In November of 2017, I published my first book, "The Politics of". I am currently in the process of writing my second novel, working on my debut album, and becoming a part of the Denver poetry scene.

Each student will have different goals and my methods vary defending on the individual. Are you working towards an audition? Do you want to feel better speaking in front of a crowd? Depending on your specific needs, we will build tools to help navigate the great wide world of performance and find methods of working that best suit you.

About Nora
A great teacher once told me, “the most interesting part of every story is relationships”. I believe stories help us find our common ground, our humanity. The lessons one learns through performance are invaluable tools students can bring with them no matter what they take on in the future. My philosophy on performance is focus on your truth and go from there. Students will work with me to set short term and long term goals for growth. I am currently working to produce my second feature film and preform regularly throughout the midwest with my band.

Nora has a profound conception of the human character and brings this subtle and perceptive insight to her directing, teaching, consulting and coaching. She has the rare ability to be able to both grasp and move quickly between big picture issues such as film theme and mood and minutiae such as gesture, body language, prop use, scene rhythm, and so forth. Additionally, having produced feature work from start to finish, Nora is able to counsel her clients and support her colleagues at every stage of film making, and can advise new actors and veterans alike as to how their specific work fits in the broader context. I would highly recommend studying with her.

I’ve been an actor/ director for 40 years and have tutored and directed beginners as well as actors attempting to market themselves.
Learning the craft is only half the battle. Marketing yourself and getting up and running are extremely important. The biggest obstacle is the audition prep, the cold reading.
While in LA I studied with two of the best in the business, Stella Adler for scene study and Robert Thompson for cold reading audition scripts.
Some of my credits can be found on IMDB, a site showing actors credits.
I’m from Cleveland Ohio where I began my career in the theater and commercials.
Moved to LA in 1980 where I reoccurred on General Hospital and Days Of Our Lives.
Moved to NY in 1991 and doing theatre TV and film.
I’ll work with you for 1 or as many sessions as you feel comfortable with. And I’ll be sure to advise you depending on how far you want to go. For instance, if your just interested in doing background/ extra work , you’ll just need a lesson or 2.

About Josh
Hi guys, I’m Josh Mowery from Cleveland Ohio and began my acting career st the Cleveland Rep at the insistence of my local talent agent David Lee Models and talent.
I discovered very quickly that this was a business I was meant for. After performing in a few theatrical productions, I was offered a directing opportunity in an Inge play called Picnic. Quite a task for a first time director since the cast involved 13 actors.
I learned very quickly that the story is the main focus, which means no actor is bigger than another. The ensemble is what’s important.
Among my many points for an actor are listening and focus.
I like to cut through all the BS and concentrate on what’s really important. Less is always more. Your first lesson as an actor.
I’ve directed an tutored many actors along the way including my son an
d daughter who are now proud members of The Screen Actors Guild.
I’m the oldest of 7 kids and we all still love each other. Which should say a lot.
I hope to hear from you. You won’t be disappointed. I wish you all great success and just remember, follow your dream no matter what. Life is to short.
