I am a published photographer, a professional musician with an international acclaim and a published writer.
The reason all of these arts are synergistic together is because they are all about the inner vision and the capture of something magical. This magic is invisible to these who pass by in a rush.
Photography has been a love of mine since childhood as I took images with a fully manual camera in black and white without a range finder or auto focus lens. I still love the visceral experience.
My published photographs both on line as well as in galleries have been met with approval both in the media as well as by the established authorities. The director of Eastman House has picked one of my larger images of nature as one of his favorites. My specialty is street photography and the expressive moments of animals interacting with people. I do like portraiture which has been selected as an honorable win by photographic associations and printed in concert programs for ...

He created a welcoming environment in our online lessons that made it easy to be vulnerable and get right to working on new skills.
I highly recommend for others looking to better understand their voice and communication style, and learn to hone them.
Joseph’s technical ‘short cuts’ are amazing! He illustrates ways for your hands and your mind to work that are tailor made for you. Learning from him is so fun it seems almost effortless.
The way Joseph teaches allows you to develop at your own pace. The atmosphere is always relaxed yet everything moves along quickly.
At the open classes I attend, his other students are progressing very rapidly too. After each class, we share our impressions. The mood is elated because it feels like we stepped back in time and into history.
Joseph often quotes inspired wisdom of his historic teachers in our lessons. He is a great inspiration on his own with great musical insights.
I’m playing Beethoven and Chopin works I never thought I could approach at this stage of study, with great depth of understanding. I now play with greater passion and skill, get compliments from everyone I play for, and no longer worry about playing in public.
I look forward to each and every lesson with Joseph. His encouragement and support makes learning so rewarding! Anyone who finds this musical treasure is a lucky person and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Do you have two left arms and two left feet (or two rights of each if you're left-handed), and have no idea how to coordinate behind your drumset?
Do you want to be able to accurately listen to a song and "play it" on your steering wheel as you drive?
Do you constantly have trouble maintaining speed, slowing down or speeding up for no reason?
How about wanting to go all-out and learning those crazy double-bass parts and snare rolls popular in today's extreme metal? Ostinatos/stick patterns on cowbells and timbale sounds from your toms?
I require a practice pad for lessons to learn rudiments and coordination techniques, even if it's just a mouse pad taped to a heavy book to start with. If you continue taking lessons, I can recommend the best practice pad for you.
I typically will teach and write drums using a combination of tablature and standard sheet music. Tablature a simple set of lines and X marks that are much easier to read, and once learned will instantly give you access

I am an MIT tutor specializing in math and science. I have taken Introductory Physics at MIT, and I have received near-perfect score on the MCAT Physical Sciences, which heavily tests on the test-takers' ability to solve problems given passages.
Having worked with many students, I understand that students have different demands from school and their schedule. As a result, I first meet with the students to determine and adapt my lessons accordingly. I also talk with the teachers as needed.
I also always carry around AP Physics prep books so that the students can work on the practice problems during the lessons. I also provide them with additional resources (especially the list of concepts from the AP Physics labs) and practice problems as needed.
I'm an MIT tutor specializing in math, science, and test prep and many of my students have gone on to study at Ivy Leagues, MIT, and McGill. Many of my students have also gotten 800 on both SAT Math and SAT Math 2, 750+ on SAT Reading and Writing, and 5's on the AP exams even in the midst of pandemi

I do believe that classical piano instruction is the best way for anyone to learn how to play an instrument. Individual instruction encourages the growth of excellent music skills, and provides a foundation for music literacy. I will develop individualized programs for piano study, offering instruction that best suits the student. Private lessons can offer flexibility to learn the type of music students are personally the most interested in.
I am a highly organized, outcome-driven and motivated professional musician and educator with solid experience in the classroom. For the past 25 years, I have been employed with Amati music academy and seven years on the faculty of University of St Francis. I am very comfortable with all aspects o

Here's what I think makes Claudia unique:
* Carefully planned out teaching method. She has a carefully planned out method for teaching Spanish and uses quality materials. She has garnered the best materials and supplemented them with her own. She teaches Spanish in a logical sequence where each step includes material from the previous ones. This has helped me to reinforce the concepts I learned earlier.
* My lessons with her include a mix of grammar, speaking, and listening. It's much easier for me to understand written Spanish than to understand the spoken word or to speak it myself. Claudia makes a point in each lesson to practice speaking and listening to help with this. This has probably been the biggest help to me so far.
* She provides homework customized to my level so I can practice between sessions. Sometimes the homework is an audio recording that she has recorded herself especially for me. The fact that she does this shows how much she cares about her student's success.
* Her patience. She has to be the most patient person I've ever met. Sometimes it takes a while to get a concept or to understand, but she is always happy to repeat herself or slow down. There have been more than a few sessions where she has done this a lot!
* Her encouragement. Learning a new language can be frustrating at times but Claudia is always encouraging and celebrates even the smallest progress.
It seems like there are a lot of Spanish teachers out there who know how to speak Spanish, but I think there are very few who really know how to teach it. Obviously Claudia is a native speaker of Spanish, but she is also an expert teacher. I feel fortunate to have found her and have referred other students to her. I can't recommend her highly enough!"
