Experienced teacher of ACT available for eager students of all experience levels and ages! I structure my lessons so students learn what they want to learn, while also building a strong foundation of skills. I typically use books, and also have the tools available to use during lessons.

I am conceivably the worst test taker ever, which made taking the ACT and SAT very difficult for me, and I scored very poorly the first time I took the exam. Through studying, taking ACT prep classes, and with the help of my teachers I brought some of my scores up more than 10 points and received perfect scores in both the english and reading sections and near perfect scores in math and science.

Did you know you don't *actually* have to read those entire long passages? It is possible to train yourself to pick out the answers without wasting any time. In this training, the student will be able to increase their speed in processing the information that is presented in the science section of the ACT. Scientific information is sometimes very difficult to understand and often seemingly boring. But you don't need to spend too much energy on each passage, only 5 minutes of your time. Each session will be a customized practice with 5 minutes of pre-solving tips, 35 minutes of solving questions in a testing format, and 5 minutes of post-practice discussion.

During the ACT Math Test courses, I will breakdown the ACT Math test and provide individual tutoring customized to your student's specific strengths and weaknesses. I will cover proven ACT Math strategies that will help your student increase his or her ACT Math test score.
