I am a Bronx native professional opera-singer that has been studying singing for 10 years and playing piano since the age of 7. I have been teaching both voice and beginner to intermediate piano to all ages for five years throughout the Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens. My voice and piano lessons focus on developing a healthy technique, learning how to sight read, breathing exercises, acting, and having fun. I teach all genres and can help with audition preparation.

About Linda

Audiences throughout the U.S. have heard Ecuadorian and Puerto-Rican Mezzo-Soprano Linda C. at venues including Carnegie Hall, the U.N., Lincoln Center, the United Palace Theater, and Repertorio Español, as well as in theaters throughout Europe. Linda has such a wonderful approach to teaching that I find truly refreshing! Such an incredibly patient person who has a wealth of knowledge of Opera and Musical Theatre! I've been singing for 5 plus years but Linda really opened up my possibilities and my confidence.

I am a college student majoring in sound studies who wants to go into musical theatre. Linda is kind, patient, and KNOWLEDGEABLE teacher that helped me with problems that I was having with my technique. She helped me bring my singing to the next level. I can’t help, but recommend her to everyone looking to better their singing no matter the level you’re at. At first a bit skeptical about lessons online with my internet, but after taking lessons with her I realized there was nothing to worry about when you’re learning with Linda!!

Tess D.
On the first lesson with Dan as an intermediate/advance level student, I have certain expectations of the kind of guidance I need to improve my playing (even if I usually play for my own personal pleasure). Dan was able to pinpoint some areas that I could improve which were very helpful. Looking forward to having more lessons with him.

Drummer with nearly 20 years experience playing in rock bands as well as in worship settings. Lessons begin with a focus on fundamentals of drumming (drum set) but can expand into what the student specifically wants to learn. We will also focus on the role of the drummer within a musical group and learn how to navigate those intricacies. Beginner and intermediate students preferred but all ages are welcome, its never too late to learn how to drum!

About Joel

I have been playing the drums for nearly 20 years, in which most of my experience is hands-on, playing in contemporary church worship teams and regional Christian rock bands with occasional teaching mixed in. Personally, my favorite style of music to play is rock/alternative but I also favor acoust

I’ve not had lessons from Joel, but I have attended several events in which he was drumming. One of THE best drummers I have ever heard! Whether you’re just starting out or have been playing for a while I have no doubt Joel will help you improve your drumming skill.
