She is very sensitive to the health issues one faces and knows exactly what to do and what not to do. At the same time she gently pushes you enough to actually make the big difference. I am now back to the way I was before having the kids - just that now I am even little stronger.

My promise to you is that I will teach you everything I know in the time I'm given and provide you with all sorts of outside resources to get you on your way to fluency and proficiency.
I'll make sure to do my absolute best to get you speaking a new language from day one, learning a Design program immediately, or teaching you how to letter with the rules they don't teach you in school. And best of all, I'll even show you how to actually make money with all of these.
I have a very unique journey into learning where I experienced many places and got a fresh and different understanding to the many su
My Design work has been very general so I've done a lot of different things before I specialized in hand lettering, so I've done it all from advertisements on billboards to website design and development, to copywriting, to branding from start to finish for companies big and small.
My love for lettering and Calligraphy emerged when I started getting more Logos for client work and my exploration of type wasn't the best answer most of the time so I would letter everything myself, and the rest is history.
I am really passionate about learning and even more passionate about sharing what I've learned. I am efficient, I know what works for different people since I taught in classrooms and tutored way before I knew about Takelessons, and I'm most proud of being praised as a very genuine person. A very common compliment I get is that I sincerely want my students to do well. And it makes me really happy every time someone says it, and I hope that one day you see that and tell me the same thing.
Feel free to find out more about me and ask me anything you want, and I really look forward to one day teach you something that will get you to achieve your goals! :)
Just so there are no surprises, I raise my prices very slightly every 3 months, next time it will go up is on March 3rd 2017. The reason for this is because I get better and more efficient at teaching as time goes by, so that hour that you get now is much more packed with value than the same hour last year or last month.

I offer private yoga lessons in NYC homes. I am a 500-hour certified ISHTA Yoga teacher, I previously received my 200-hour certification at Jai Yoga Arts. I have been maturing my practice since 2011.
ISHTA is the acronym of the integrated science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda. A system that incorporates different styles of yoga to honor various teachers lineages. It is founded on the belief that the ideal yoga practice is one tailored to the individual. Each style of yoga has something to offer and reflects differing emphasis on, or orientation to, particular yogic tools or philosophies over others. All have the same “goal”: Self-Realization. Believing that the state of homeostasis is our natural human state, and the return to this state is the intent of the yoga pr
I seek to give each practitioners a clear understanding of how to incorporate information from different practices as best suits their own unique needs. Originally from Basque country in southwestern France, I lived 3 years in London before moving to New York. I worked in service industry and graphic design fields before starting to teach yoga in studio set and privately.

I began teaching violin as a middle schooler and I have spent two decades mastering my skills and growing my love of teaching students of all ranges of age, and ability.
In 2009, I studied the Alexander Technique to address issues as a performer and use these skills and techniques to inform my teaching today.
Realizing the mental abilities it takes to play violin, I naturally found interest in meditation.
As a passionate mediator for 12 years, I began teaching all levels how to develop their mind for self-care, compassion, empathy, peace-of-mind and response awareness. I believe these traits are key for all people to live together in a chaotic and
I started meditation to develop my own self awareness, but these tools can help anyone to find their center, build confidence and gain energy for facing life's hyper-stimulation. My goal is to guide everyone into all levels of meditation, for students who are curious and have never meditated, to advanced meditators looking to take their understanding to the next level.
I teach Vipassana or Insight meditation. I am an affiliate of several meditation centers around the city.
I love teaching all people the ways of violin and meditation. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
I teach in the vinyasa flow style, and I am a 200 hours certified at 'Laughing Lotus' a leading yoga institute in NY .
I like to put the emphasis on the fitness aspect of the practice
But relaxation and meditation are integral part of the class as well.
the practice helped me a lot in my personal life, physically and mentally
and I love to share it with others, seeing people's progress grants me a lot of satisfaction, and the student's satisfaction is guaranteed in mind, body and soul ...
join the millions around the globe that embraced yoga as a life style and life philosophy ...
I'm looking forward to make a significant change in your life.

Curious about inversion yoga? Learn how to do some of the essential poses in this guest post by San Diego teacher Tiffany V... We are so used to viewing life from a right-side-up perspective, where we soak in the world around us by way of our sensory organs (eyes, ears, nose, and mouth). We process everything upstairs, allowing it all to accumulate to form our point of view, which in turn fuels our decisions, reactions, and movements down to our toes. Rather than taking the ti … Read More
