You found me! Welcome. My name is Eleonora, please allow me to tell you why I am your home for true dance and connection lessons.

I competed in International Ballroom Latin Dance from the age of 8-18. When attending NYU I began to teach and choreograph in nyc studios. Everything from self confidence dance lessons, to wedding dance choreography. Private and group lessons.

I quickly noticed the immensely therapeutic effects of taking dance lessons for my students, everything from self esteem to confidence to take their partner onto the dance floor. As well as building trust in connection. I became a dance therapist in 2007 and have been working with it since.

But I LOVE partner dance. So I offer everything from;

For my classes I would like to start with a general stretch and strengthening routine. Then, I like to steer the class into working on salsa shines in the center of the floor. Lastly, I like to end with a dance combination!

Dance is music made visible.

My teaching is around dancing and musicality rather than particular dance styles although I can cater to the needs of the customer.

I have a broad experience on varied dances. I have trained in Los Angeles and San Francisco and I have attended numerous festivals. I have always focused on free style dancing and connecting with the music. Later on, I trained for salsa, bachata, hip hop and heels.
