Using my experience in both the ISTD adn RAD syllabus I am able to offer a strong, solid technical class incorporating barre, adage, allegro and floor work.

I am able to conduct my classes using french terminology as well as offer extra assignments to my students to continue the knowledge base and history behind this beautiful art from.

I enjoy using both classical and pop music during my lesson and am able to cater to your preferred taste to create an inspiring and fun learning experience.

I am able to tailor my classes for my students personal needs as well as offer 'at home' conditioning exercises for continued growth.

Though limiting herself to coaching privately at this time, Teresa has been on the faculty for multiple dance schools and programs. Teresa has taught, performed, and choreographed extensively on both coasts and internationally. Detailed dance resume available upon request.
Because of the limitations of online coaching, Teresa requests dancers have at least some basic training before registering for ONLINE ballet lessons.

Basic beginning/ intermediate body positive ballet class! Always wanted to learn? Now is your chance. In this beginning or intermediate ballet class we will work on positions, alignment, stretching, combinations. Everyone can dance ballet!

Careful private work on shape and function of the body, part by part. Breaking down the language of the movement so you know what you are doing when and how to carefully develop the parts that are weakest by separating them from the mix of all the movement and then studying them minutely until the physical process makes sense to your mind and body. Musicality from the moment you stand in first position. Relationship to music in the form itself and toward the music you are hearing. Turns, jumps, adagio, petite allegro, alignment, balance. Barre.
