Tai chi is "Meditation in motion". My personal experience of Tai Chi Chuan have two different ways training model. first Zen Fit, For the people who don't want spend a yearly time just focus on tai chi forms,Zen Fit base on Tai Chi Chuan, but easier,we only focus on few movements on the class, and you will still get what you look for such as improve balance, body coordinate ability, great option for beginner level.2,Tradition Tai Chi training, this type of training normal take a little long to get into the great Tai Chi experience, but for the time you spend, worth it,not only learn Tai Chi forms, you will also learn Tai chi skill, culture, such as Ying/Yang,some of people very into the Tai chi Culture, they enjoy to spend more time to learn tai chi,and this is the one you are looking for. Tai Chi for senior and for chair is also different between Tai Chi fit and Tradition Tai Chi.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice and is sometimes referred to as a moving meditation. It can help with high blood pressure, and is a great way to practice relaxation techniques. Tai Chi helps improve balance and flexibility.

I have been teaching Tai Chi in the Taoist Tai Chi style since 2009, certified in set leading and beginner instruction.

I can teach you two Taoist sequences - the 18 movement as well as the 108 moves. I usually recommend new students learn the 18 moves first, get this memorized and then move into the 108 moves.

My instruction is unique where we focus on health and well being instead of martial arts. We’ll engage in Zero Point Tai Chi™ and qigong practices, including breath-work and energy flow exercises. I will introduce (or review) helpful concepts to restore calm and develop resilience to your life’s stressors. Sessions are customized for each person (beginner to advanced). I will help you establish a daily practice routine so you feel re-energized and excited to show up for life and work again. Zero Point Tai Chi is the practice of using Tai Chi and Qigong movements to release the tension that blocks our innate abilities to feel the free flow of energy. To find out more, visit my zeropointtaichi website and youtube channel for free videos to get started. Thanks !

"I am a physiotherapist and I work for NHS in England. I have been learning Tai chi for over 4 years and run classes for my patients and colleagues for 3 years. I am devoted to continuous professional development (CPD) in physiotherapy therefore I was looking for teachers and a school that represent the same principles and also have the students at heart. Ron and Linda are fantastic teachers and ITCA provides a supportive environment for the eager learners. I warmly recommend their weekend courses to build confidence in your own practice and teaching skills. Should you look for private lessons the experience won’t disappoint. Ron’s teaching is fun and refreshing and it also allows you to reflect on your own practice making the tai chi journey even more enjoyable and meaningful."

"I have taken many Tai Chi classes from Emily and highly recommend her classes. She demonstrates a high level of understanding of Tai Chi practice and class participants are easily able to follow along in practice each week. Emily is dedicated to her practice and society will benefit greatly from her continued education and instruction in the art of Qigong Tai Chi. I highly recommend trying her Tai Chi class."

"Undertaking a series of lessons with Ron.
The instruction is clear and understandable. This week we were allowed to video Ron doing part of the form we are learning, this has prove to be of a real benefit as you can keep referring back to it and even do the form with Ron following him on screen. Excellent. Thank you"

"I'm a healthcare worker in Alabama who was looking for a way to stay active while stuck with a pretty hectic schedule and in the midst of the pandemic. I am starting to learn Tai Chi as a total beginner, and I was hesitant about online lessons at first. But, luckily, you can really tell that Ron has a lot of experience teaching and is able to tailor the lessons to your level and pace. I also appreciate the fact that the various health benefits of practicing Tai Chi are sometimes highlighted during sessions as well. I am glad I decided to pick up these lessons and look forward to continuing to learn more!"

"I have been working with Ron for over a year. He is an amazing teacher. His teaching style is full of patience and his explanations of each move are not only technically detailed in the physical move itself, but also in the reason for and benefit of the move. If you are interested in learning Tai-Chi, I can't think of a better teacher."

"I practiced Taichi with Emily during my school years from 2013 to 2015 in SDSU.

Her class was attractive and interesting, she was very patient with me, my fixability and balance improved a lot after training. I also found Taichi is helpful for relieving stress and anxiety from studying, especially before final exams.

Emily is super kind, smart and helpful, I am grateful to meet her and took her class, I’d like to encourage everyone who reads this to give it a try."
