Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice and is sometimes referred to as a moving meditation. It can help with high blood pressure, and is a great way to practice relaxation techniques. Tai Chi helps improve balance and flexibility.
I have been teaching Tai Chi in the Taoist Tai Chi style since 2009, certified in set leading and beginner instruction.
I can teach you two Taoist sequences - the 18 movement as well as the 108 moves. I usually recommend new students learn the 18 moves first, get this memorized and then move into the 108 moves.

My instruction is unique where we focus on health and well being instead of martial arts. We’ll engage in Zero Point Tai Chi™ and qigong practices, including breath-work and energy flow exercises. I will introduce (or review) helpful concepts to restore calm and develop resilience to your life’s stressors. Sessions are customized for each person (beginner to advanced). I will help you establish a daily practice routine so you feel re-energized and excited to show up for life and work again. Zero Point Tai Chi is the practice of using Tai Chi and Qigong movements to release the tension that blocks our innate abilities to feel the free flow of energy. To find out more, visit my zeropointtaichi website and youtube channel for free videos to get started. Thanks !
About Jude
My instruction focuses on health, well-being and becoming more at ease through Tai Chi and Qigong exercises rather than martial arts. I first encountered the power of Tai Chi to build inner resilience during an instructive demonstration in which the teacher was able to effortlessly hold his arms ou

Much cheaper to take a flight to China . gave him a 5 star because he must be GREAT"

The instruction is clear and understandable. This week we were allowed to video Ron doing part of the form we are learning, this has prove to be of a real benefit as you can keep referring back to it and even do the form with Ron following him on screen. Excellent. Thank you"

Her class was attractive and interesting, she was very patient with me, my fixability and balance improved a lot after training. I also found Taichi is helpful for relieving stress and anxiety from studying, especially before final exams.
Emily is super kind, smart and helpful, I am grateful to meet her and took her class, I’d like to encourage everyone who reads this to give it a try."
