About Simona
I was born and raised in Italy. When I moved to the States in 2005, I barely spoke English.
That's why I decided to start teaching Italian. I know how difficult it is to go to a foreign country and not be able to buy something as simple as bread.

I will send you links, we will read together, watch videos, talk to each other. No need to buy any book with me, I will send you everything.
Italian is a very difficult language, let's have some fun.

Are you ready to learn? Because I am happy to teach you.

My wife and I took 2 months of lessons from Eric and they were all great! We were both basically beginners (I had some memory from lesson that I took as a kid) and Eric helped us get started and off on the right track. He has a great/fun personality and is a great teacher. Unfortunately we were unable to keep taking lessons with him due to a conflict in scheduling. I would totally recommend him as a piano teacher though.

Pasta. Pizza. Spaghetti. As Americans, we're pretty familiar with Italian food. But do any of us know the language? Do you know the difference between when you should say "bravo" or "brava" in a concert? Whether you need help for an exam, or are about to study abroad, I'll help you learn Italian and improve your pronunciation so that you're ready to go!

About Nicole
Nicole is available to teach lessons for students of all levels. Beginning her singing career when she was 7, she most recently sang at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, was a winner of the international CS Competition in musical theatre, and is a Chicago F.A.M.E. finalist for Jazz and popular music. Combined with her training and professional experience, Nicole teaches singers to switch gracefully between multiple styles. She practices what she preaches: one night she might be singing Beyoncé, and the next morning she might be singing Handel's Messiah!

Nicole has been a young artist for Cedar Rapids Opera Theatre, Metropolitan International Music Festival, and for Tiroler Opern Programm, under international instructors, including Elizabeth Bachman (from the Metropolitan Opera), Kim Josephson (Metropolitan Opera), Sharon Cheng (Caramoor),
Michael Fennely (Carnegie Hall), Wei-En Hsu (Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra), and Candace Evans (Santa Fe Opera). Nicole earned her Associates in Theatre from Brigham Young University ('12) and went on to acquire her BM in Vocal Performance from Illinois Wesleyan University ('14). I have taken lessons with Ronald since I was 6, I am now 23. In my 17 years of taking lessons I have learned to play piano, sing and am proficient in music theory. In the more recent years I have even had the opportunity to teach music through Ronald. Throughout the years, I have experienced and witnessed the patience and kindness Ronald consistently shows his students. He encourages his students to become better and shares in their enthusiasm due to their accomplishments. Ronald genuinely cares about his students and is dedicated to making sure his students improve. I fully recommend Ronald for students who have parents who want to be involved in the learning process and especially for young children who are just starting out. Ronald works well with families, includes parents every step of the way and is very patient with young students helping them learn in an open and encouraging environment.

Mr.Chaz is really dedicated to his profession. He started to teach my seven year old son over one year ago and he has motivated him to sing his best and he started piano with him last year which has been a phenomenal experience for my son. Chaz really focuses on the detail, theory and groundwork necessary to excel in music. If you are lucky enough to get your child started with him you will never regret the experience. He is simply the best! My son sings all the time now and loves to play piano. I am so happy for my son to have found someone to expand on his talents!

Hi Future Students,

If you love the Italian culture and would like to learn how to speak Italian, I'm your girl!! I studied for 4 years in college and moved there for some time. I can help you with your hw and I can also help you, if you just want to learn some basic phrases to get around.

About Deborah
I have so many different things I teach. If you are looking for a voice teacher, I definitely can be of help. I have been singing all of my life. I sing in many different genres like pop, gospel, R&B, and classical. I can even help if you want to be an opera singer, as I am studying to be one myself at the Aaron Copland of Music. First things we would start to do is learn how to breathe. After the student understands good breath, then we will apply it to actual singing.

I also teach Italian, and have taught the language for 3 years in a private school. I lived in Italy for a while and I just love the language. If anyone needs a tutor, I can help!

I also teach art history, and art as far as drawing and painting. So if any parent wants for their child learn how to express themselves through painting or drawing, I can do that as well!!

I love to do all of these things, as I have a great passion for them! I hope I can inspire someone else.

I grew up in Italy so I speak fluent Italian. I've been tutoring students here in the US for many years now. I focus on give the students almost immediately the tools to start talking with small useful sentences to make them able to say small elementary sentences at first than moving to a more complicated use of the language. I focus on pronunciation, dictionary and grammar (being Italian a pretty complicated language). I work individually with each student in order to achieve each student's goals.

Also having over 20 years of teaching experience allows me to tailor my knowledge to the need of every particular student. I really enjoy to transfer my knowledge and solve the unique problems that every student encounter during their path.

As a current faculty member of the New York Jazz Workshop, Andrea Veneziani is a dedicated educator. He has taught master classes at the National Institute of Music and the National University of Costa Rica, at the Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, Turkey and at the Olav Duun Videregående Skole in Namsos, Norway.
